16. Author Listing

DESCRIPTION

This shortcode will display all authors of your site not other user roles (admin, subscriber, editor, contributor, etc)

NOTE

By default, authors will be listed ascending by Display Name (alphabetically).

THE CODE

PARAMS

  • authors – string – list of author IDs, separated by a comma
  • count – integer – number of authors to return
  • width – integer – width of each author column. Choose between 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12. This value will determine number of columns for the shortcode
  • url – string – A custom URL at the end of the shortcode, usually a “View All” link
